Cancellation Policy
Fully refundable deposit up to 30 days after booking. 50% trip payment refund up to 90 days before departure. 30% refund 30days before departure.
Accommodations Policy
Four star accommodations at boutique and/or international hotels in Accra. Should you need to arrive early or depart after the end of the itinerary, you will incur the cost of additional hotel nights on your own.
International Flights
Please arrive no later than 3PM on the trip start date, you may need to arrive one day earlier depending on flight arrival times.
Trip Insurance
Trip insurance is required to travel with Travel Time Africa.
Double Occupancy and Roommates
If you are a single traveller and do not opt for a single supplement, you will be paired with a single traveler of the same sex. Most of the beds are Twin / Queen / King Size beds.
